Yesterday i went out for a run, something that i usually do on a sunday, but i was kinda feeling weak and gets easily tired. Even if that was the case, i still forced myself to run for a period of time. After sometime, i felt this burning sensation at the heart area but just ignored it. At the time i got finished running, it went worse that it left me looking paralyzed. I can't even move and already ready to faint. I got scared cause i might get a stroke or something, so i sat down, curled, and hitting my chest. Luckily it faded away after some minutes (i'll try not to force myself again... now it makes sense that sometimes walking is better than running.)

Later that day, while i was walking, i saw this kitten drenched in water. It's not an ordinary cat, it's a siamese cat. I'm so wanting to get him and keep him but my mom would definitely oppose to that idea because we already have a handful at home (stupid brother's cat getting pregnant). I left the poor fellow, haunted me all day (and up until now). I hope someone took care of him.

The sun went down, day turned night... took a visit at the cinema and watched "The Grudge 2". What's creepy about it is that i'm the only one sitting at the center of the cinema... a few others are seated on the sides, so that felt like i'm the only one watching.

Three kind of weaknesses a heart can handle for one day... i got through it all... well, not entirely... i'm still thinking about that cat :(.

Treats for the Hard Work

Yesterday, Levy was mentioning about treating the artists with some pizza for they are getting a hard time at finishing with all the crazy fix-ups on the Token Project. It seemed like it was just a joke, but was confirmed that he was serious about it just today. I was glad that he's treating the artist so that somehow they wont feel like they're getting some bad treatment all the time and somehow they can smile about on something. So i chipped in, paid half of the cost... got kinda blew me away though coz it was around a thousand pesos. Nevertheless, it didn't matter... it's not like it will happen often, i'll just get back on it when i file my overtime pay (plus i did ate 3 slices, so i shouldn't whine :P... gawd, that's like 300+ per slice! Expensive!). I just hope that the artists did well with their work, and am proud of Levy for keeping his cool all this time. I know how it feels, i've been there several times.

Dreaming for Amazing Race 11: All-Stars!

Rumors are spreading (and solidifies by some online articles and even videoblogs from former AR contestants)that the next installment for the Amazing Race will be an All-Stars Edition (weeeee!!!). It was said that a few former teams have already been approached such as Colin and Christie from season 5, an interesting couple that are very competitive and will do force themselves just to get ahead (which tends for some bickering among themselves and among their competitors). I love/hate them in different perspectives but i do respect them. Charla and Mirna of season 5 are also included (which was my bet and favorite at that season) will also run for another round. I do hope that they do get far this time, as in final 3! (and eventually win if possible).



I have my own pick of teams (2 or 3 from every season) that i want to see in the All-Stars. I do want to include winners but i think it's unfair for them to win another million. Hope my picks make it to the cut. Here's my list:

1. Frank and Margarita (season 1) - i think they did well in the competition, it would be a good chance for them to prove themselves they can be winners.
2. Nancy and Emily (season 1) - they made a huge mistake that caused them their elimination. This time i hope they'll do better if they're picked.
3. Oswald and Danny (season 2) - these two gay guys are hilarious at times, entertaining to watch.
4. Blake and Paige (season 2) - i think they were the ones that proved that begging for money is indeed possible in this game. They should be given a second wind.
5. Teri and Ian (season 3) - i dont really like this team but they're very good at the game, even outdoing those younger than them.
6. Derek and Drew (season 3) - eyecandy twins (the show needs some good looking teams for ratings :P) and competitive as well.
7. Jon and Al (season 4) - hands down! a must pick!
8. David and Jeff (season 4) - great competitors, got lost in australia (bummer)
9. Charla and Mirna (season 5) - adorable and fun to watch even if they can be harsh at some teams (but those team does deserve it)
10. Colin and Christie (season 5) - one of the best teams that didnt win.
11. Linda and Karen (season 5) - bowling moms! who can forget them! they rocked their way here in the Philippines with the assembly of the jeepney!
12. Jonathan and Victoria (season 6) - another unforgettable team. Jonathan can be a devil but fun to watch!
13. Kris and Jon (season 6) - my favorite in that season :)
14. Lori and Bolo (season 6) - wrestlers on the run! man i want them back on the race. They're fun!
15. Meridith and Gretchen (season 7) - lovable pair, though i dont know if they can win but they're one of my favorites.
16. Rob and Amber (season 7) - survivor all-stars pair going to amazing race all-stars... hmn.
17. Lynn and Alex (season 7) - they would drag Romber to a rockier road :P
18. any two from the Paolo Family (season 8) - i wanna hear them scream and shout and make them look silly on tv.
19. any two from the Weaver Family (season 8) - why am i picking annoying people? (coz they're fun to watch, they make controversies and collide with other teams)
20. Eric and Jeremy (season 9) - won several times on pits stops... didnt won the race
21. David and Lori (season 9) - revenge of the nerds!

AR 10 isnt finished yet, though i already have some picks (whether they win the race or not)
22. David and Mary (season 10) - lovable couple, Mary's dialogues can be quite humorous.
23. Erwin and Godwin (season 10) - they won my respect when they helped David and Mary to get the fast forward. They're looney too (with the watergun and the cellphone)


...and then there are the winners (past winners that i'd like to see but i dont want to win)
1. any two from the Linz family
2. BJ and Tyler (fun crazy weird hippies!)
3. Uchenna and Joyce
4. Reichen and Chip (which i think they'll refuse since they're separated... or they could be game and prove me wrong)
5. Rob and Brennan

Can't wait for the confirmation from the Amazing Race about this if it's true (which i think it is very very possible). Maybe early next year or late this year!

What Dreams Are Telling Me?

Just recently, i can recall details about my dreams which is kinda unusual because we do tend to not remember what we have dreamt of. This couple of evenings, i still visualize most of it.

This is what i dreamt of last Tuesday night... I went to Greenbelt Mall to buy a new cellphone. Oddly enough, the Greenbelt Mall isnt what it's used to look like, it's more like public market stalls and not the classy individual stores. So i bought a Sony Ericsson cellphone though it did not look like one, more like a Nokia brand. I brought it at the office and tested it and after sometime i was not satisfied, so i asked Dennis (officemate) to come with me to return it to the store. When i got there, they refused my request. I did everything i could to get my money back or even just exchange to another model but answer was still no... so i was so frustrated. Then Dennis saw a friend of his at that time and he talked to him... and weird enough, i just asked his friend if i can borrow his cellphone. He lend it to me for a while, and his cellphone is again... odd... looks like a casket, more like gothic designed cellphone. I rushed to this ATM-like booth and inserted the cellphone to the machine. The machine turned on and has this cellphone like functions... and i used it. =Then i woke up=

Wednesday night was a bit eerie too. I dreamt of Doug and his family visiting me. The thing that i remember is that we took a ride on this tricycle and they were very amused at it. When we arrived to where i live, the house was quite messy and all... but i did not care. I fell asleep (wow sleeping on my sleep) and when i woke up, Doug's parents was kinda furious at me. Can't recall what it was about but i think it's because of the messy house... and they were cleaning it up while i was asleep. Not knowing that Doug's parents were part of some secret army that was later revealed and was forced to go back to the station. Doug got angry at me too for what had happened. He blamed everything on me. Pulled her younger brother to go home... and yes, you read it right ... it's "her", apparently Doug turned into a female during his rage.

Well that's it.. dunno what it means and certainly i can't answer them. COZ IT'S ALL TOO LOONEY!

Rumor Bin: Terrorist Plot on October 21?

Rumor is spreading via text messages and emails that recently, some members of the Abu Sayyaf were captured and then claimed that they have a plot to bomb one of the popular malls here in Metro Manila called SM Megamall on October 21. Don't know if it's true or not but i guess safe to just avoid the area in that date. Though if it's already spread publicly, would the terrorist even try to pursue it and bomb the said place? I am afraid that they may target other malls like Mall of Asia and even Glorietta (where i usually go).

Hope that this is just a rumor.

City Ordinance...

As this office will approve another memo to refrain from making unnecessary "noise" during working hours, it will also include a regulation regarding "smoke free environment". I'm actually happy that it will be approve (or hoping that it will be approved) since we are really not enjoying the risk of getting dangerous health problems. Most of us here are already getting sick because of it.

We'll just have to wait. If it gets questioned or rejected, there's always the city ordinance to back it up.

Deviant Art.... Lost?

I've been trying to log in on my deviant art account this past few days and i cant even browse the damn page. I am not sure whether the site is down for a long time or my browser (firefox) is acting strangely. I tried on the other computers here if i can open it but unfortunately, same thing happened.

I wonder what happened to that wonderful site. Just when i am about to get back on the habit of posting some of my photos, then it shuts me out.
