It's Official, I Am No Longer Single and Available

It's official, i am no longer have the status of "single and available" for i have accepted the offer on having a relationship with this special someone. I know it's quite fast and everything is not yet sinking in. I'm still overwhelmed with everything that had happened that i dont know if i am responding to the call correctly. Even so, i've managed to change my life and taking the first step.

November 18 is the day.

Take The Next Step?

Something incredible happened last night as i spent dating with someone new (yes, i dated! i know it's unlikely for me to do so). I dont know if i'll call it destiny because we had set the time and then got cancelled because something just came in and date will not likely to materialize. Anyways, after i got the bad news, i just spent the evening with my officemates (doing some bonding time) playing DotA (World of Warcraft). Then late that evening, got a text message asking if i am still available, i replied yes but would take time cause i'm still playing (lame reason). Took around 30 minutes to finish the game and my date waited patiently on the cafe. I got there, we went out for a long walk (and i mean loooong walk... probably 2 kilometers or more) while getting to know each other. Something brewed from there, i cant tell if it's love but there is already interest on both sides. Would we take it to the next level... meaning go for relationship? i'd consider it but we do need to know each other more since it's the first time we met. Clearly though on my side, there's already an attraction, so it's likely to be like that if things would go positively. It's still something i have to think about (plus i dont want to expect too much coz that would be such a depression). Anyways, we didn't even noticed time, i didnt even noticed i didnt had any dinner. It's one of the best thing that ever happened in my life for a very very long time.

November: Accident-Prone Month

Last year, we had a terrible tragedy with one of our officemate getting killed in a motorcycle accident. This year, seems like a cycle is born. Three of our officemates (Shane, Gaylord and Makoy) got involved in a car/jeepney mishap this early morning. Luckily they were only injured from the incident. As what i've heard, Gaylord had the worst injury... Shane cant walk while Makoy only had bruises. The accident was caused by a drunk driver who hit the jeepney that the 3 are riding at. A huge impact from the car causing the jeepney to tumble sideways. We still dont know if there were casualties but we hope there's none.

(Come to think of it, Imee, a former officemate, also had an accident in 2004 around late November or early December... pure coincidence or not, it's something not to enjoy about.)
